All machinery and equipment used for production are checked for performance prior to starting of production each day. Records of these are duly maintained.

To keep quality consistency for produced goods, the full manufacturing process is observed and controlled. The parameters of performance are recorded for comparison to predefined quality control parameters.

The process is designed keeping in mind the critical control parameters pertaining to products and production requirements.

Any challenges experienced in products or process are followed up with proper feedback and system improvement for the particular issue.
